Jovianna’s career began in the courtroom as a clerk for the State Attorney’s Office, where she witnessed firsthand the power of evidence in shaping justice.  She joined Am Law 100 firms as a trial paralegal and eDiscovery specialist, where she worked as a hot seat operator during complex litigation and high-stakes trials.  She also set up mobile litigation offices to manage and access evidence during national and international legal proceedings.  That hands-on experience built her expertise in identifying key evidence and understanding its impact in high-stakes cases.  She quickly realized how often digital data was misunderstood, overlooked, or lost.

Seeing the gap between digital evidence and its role in legal proceedings, Jovianna founded Digital Forensics Now, a company built to bridge both world.  Digital Forensics Now is the first woman-owned digital forensics and cybersecurity company in the United States.  As a digital forensics expert, she has led high-profile investigations involving Fortune 100 companies, U.S. Army investigations, political figures, celebrities, and three legal cases for the Trump family.  Built on the core values of Trust, Protect, and Transparency, Digital Forensics Now provides attorneys, corporations, and government entities with premier forensic services that are clear, defensible, and results driven.

From her Miami-based Digital Forensics Now lab, Jovianna leads a team of certified digital forensics and cybersecurity experts who preserve, process, and delivers digital evidence with authenticity and clarity.  The company delivers premier digital forensics expertise on matters ranging from internal investigations and civil litigation to fraud, IP theft, and criminal defense.  She holds certifications including Certified Computer Examiner (CCE), Certified Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI),
Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), and Certified International Cybercrime Investigator (IFCI-CCI).  She was also trained by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) bringing federal-level investigative standards to every case.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies and a Master of Arts in Administration from Barry University in Miami, Florida.
